It’s a densely and actioned packed day with an amazing guide who is funny, engaging, and very knowledgeable of each site visited. Visit to Sdrot and the site of the Nova festival We were taken through the history of Gaza in a most engaging and enlightening manner.
Then seeing Sedrot, the Nova site and then the hundreds of burnt out cars, which I hope will become a permanent memorial, brings everything into perspective.

He took us to all the relevant sites involved in October 7th, including Sderot, the Gaza Envelope, the. Car Graveyard and the Nova Music Festival site. We got to actually see Gaza over the hills and could view the rubble there. We saw ambulances, police cars and civilian vehicles burned and riddled with bullets. We stood on the site of the Nova Music Festival. We saw a shelter on a Kibbutz where several people were killed by Terrorists.
It was an amazing, emotional, heartbreaking and also heartwarming experience that was made so much more meaningful when given by someone who personally experienced it.
Do not miss this tour with Amit. We all need to bear witness to these atrocities. Amit made a “ story” into a reality for us! shrink

Heart breaking tour- A Must Amit is an excellent guide. We toured parts of the Gaza envelope that were accessible including the October 7th graveyard, Tsderot and the Nova Festival. Great private tour with Menno I had a great tour and a fun time with Menno who is very knowledgeable of the city and its history. I particularly liked the way he linked the ancient history with what we see today. Also, I had a day on my own (with no tour guide) and Menno gave me great recommendations. I hesitated to take a private tour but I’m glad I did, it was totally worth it!

This was done while we were driving - it is about 1hour 10 to the first stop. This tour is his therapy and kol hakvod to him for having the courage to go back to the site of an horrific tragedy. But each tour helps a little towards his well being. We also went to Sderot, Chabad House, and the car cemetery. I would highly recommend this tour. I am happy that I started my volunteering with the tour, it puts everything into perspective. On the drive home, you have time to reflect on what you have just seen. I felt that being at the site gave me a far better understanding of the horrific events of the October 7th massacre. You are there! You get a glimpse into what happened.

Great walk through old Tel Aviv Very interesting walk through the old neighbourhoods of Tel Aviv. Menno is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the history of Israel. A great way to spend an evening exploring old Tel Aviv.
Amazing Tel Aviv tour, surprisingly interesting and excellent guide It’s not my first time in Tel Aviv, but with this tour I felt it was: our guide, Menno, showed us so many new places and shared a lot about the origins of some peculiar neighbourhoods. Tel Aviv has a lot to offer and Menno surely knows to transmit the richness of Tel Aviv history to his audience.

The tour was extremely interesting. It all started with a warm welcome. I immediately felt at ease. I enjoyed walking through the different areas of Tel Aviv. The scenery was beautiful and some parts even colonial with beautiful architecture, which I didn’t expect in that particular area.
Menno, our guide, is very flexible and open for inquiries. A highly motivated guide, with a lot of knowledge and a warm personality.

An unforgettable tour of sites attacked on October 7th I was visiting Israel from Canada and wasn't sure if I wanted to visit the sites attacked on October 7th. Finding Amit was a blessing. He is an excellent tour guide, but was also at the Nova Festival and is still recovering from his experiences and losses. His personal stories differentiates his tour from a big bus tour and made this a tour that I won't forget.
He takes you to places that lay out the history, the area and the events of October 7th. And his personal stories of the events are offset by his sense of humour, which help everyone make it through the day.

Meaningful trip to the Gaza envelope Amit is an incredible tour guide. He gave us an overview of the Israel-Palestine conflict before seeing a number of sites along the border. Our tour went to Sderot, outside of a kibbutz on the border, and of course, to Nova - where Amit gave testimony as a survivor of the massacre. Amit was friendly and informative throughout - highly recommended!
